Sign in, click Connect Instagram from your dashboard, and authorize the app. You'll need a Creator or Business Instagram account linked to a Facebook Page.
Most common reasons: your Instagram account disconnected (check Settings), your drop is paused (check the toggle on the Drops page), or your keyword doesn't match exactly. Reply to your welcome email if it's none of those — we'll debug it with you.

Reels, yes — any Instagram post or Reel on your professional account triggers our webhook when someone comments. Stories don't support comment webhooks on Meta's side, so those aren't supported.

Yes. Go to Settings → Danger zone → Delete account. This wipes your account, drops, delivery history, and Instagram connection. You can also email us for a full data export before deleting.
