How to request deletion of your data
If you want to delete your DropTh.is account and all associated data, you can do so at any time by following the steps below.
Option 1 — Delete from your dashboard
Sign in to your DropTh.is account, go to Settings, and click “Delete my account.” This immediately disconnects your Instagram account and schedules all your data for permanent deletion.
Option 2 — Email us
Send an email to support@dropth.is with the subject line “Data Deletion Request” and include the email address associated with your account. We will process your request and confirm deletion by email.
What gets deleted
When you request deletion, we permanently remove:
- Your account and profile information
- Instagram connection data and access tokens
- All drop rules you created
- DM delivery logs
- Click tracking data
- Billing information (Stripe subscription is cancelled)
Timeline
Data deletion is completed within 30 days of your request. Instagram access tokens are revoked immediately. You will receive an email confirmation once deletion is complete.
Revoking Instagram access
You can also revoke DropTh.is's access to your Instagram account directly from Instagram. Go to Instagram → Settings → Apps and websites and remove DropTh.is. This immediately revokes our access token. Your data on our servers will still need to be deleted separately using one of the options above.
