By using DropTh.is, you agree to these terms. DropTh.is provides Instagram comment-to-DM automation for Professional (Business or Creator) accounts.
Acceptable use
You must have a legitimate Instagram Professional account. You must not use DropTh.is for spam, harassment, phishing, or any activity that violates Instagram/Meta platform policies. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these guidelines.
Your account
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. If you suspect unauthorized access, contact us immediately.
Service availability
We aim for high reliability but do not guarantee 100% uptime. DM delivery depends on Meta's Instagram API availability and your account standing. We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by third-party services.
Billing and cancellation
Pro subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period. You can cancel anytime from your dashboard or billing portal. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period — you'll keep Pro access until then. We do not offer prorated refunds.
Content and DMs
You are solely responsible for the content of your automated DMs. DropTh.is does not review or moderate message content. You agree not to send messages that are misleading, illegal, or violate any applicable laws.
Limitation of liability
DropTh.is is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, including lost revenue or engagement.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance. We will notify users of material changes via email.
